30-Day Returns

We want you to love your Ettor pieces. If something isn't right, you can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Hygiene & Eligibility

For hygiene reasons, intimates must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and protective liners intact.

Sale items marked 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return

Start a return from your account under My Orders, or contact our team. We'll share a return label and instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Need a different size or colour? The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order so your preferred piece is reserved right away.
